To help prevent the jarring of rear spring coil bind and aid in preload setting, Pivot Works is now offering the new Pivot Works Shock Preload Thrust Bearing. This compact thrust bearing, which sits between the top of the shock spring and the preload nut, allows the shock spring to twist naturally during moments of heavy compression. This twisting allows the spring to distribute the load evenly throughout without binding and resulting in a smoother ride. Additionally, the thrust bearing will help make preload adjustments markedly easier.
